ICONS OF STYLE - DAVID GANDY
David Gandy is an Essex boy who can look good wearing almost anything and so he should since he is a model by trade. He first got into modelling after winning a TV model search competition and now he's probably one of the most famous male models of today.
He’s also been nominated as best model at this year’s ‘British Fashion Awards’ and he definitely gets the MWS vote from us. What we like about him is that outside of his modelling career he is known to be a trend setter and you’ll often see him at fashion weeks and parties donning amazing sartorial outfits.
He was also the only male model to be used in the London 2012 Olympics closing ceremony during the ‘British Fashions’ section of the show. He has a fitness app, he reviews cars for GQ magazine, he writes a blog for Vogue and he is an ambassador for Battersea dogs and cats home. Legend!
