Introducing Boardies Apparel

Introducing London based brand Boardies Apparel. With one eagle eye on the long awaited summer, I'm always looking to upgrade my wardrobe for the inevitable influx of invites to VIP pool parties (Place self-effacing glib remark here). Recently I've stumbled upon Boardies shorts, composed from hand drawn designs and printed on super quick dry quality fabrics, engineered for quality and style. The SS/16 collection has a nostalgic aesthetic, inspired from the unashamedly vivid colours and playful abstract prints that were prevalent on the Ibiza party scene in the height of the 90s

Boardies® shorts are available in multiple lengths across over 30 colours and prints. Stockists include Selfridges, Fenwick, Le Bon Marché in Paris, Soto Berlin, ASOS, Topman and is available in 10 countries around the world. Here is my pick off the bunch, but I urge you to check out the range and let me know if you agree with me.

The Boardies Graff Swim Short - as much as it does little for my self-esteem rifling through a catalogue and seeing dudes with washboard stomachs, I have to say this design really leapt out at me. A classic 3 pocket design with mesh lining, a striking 'Live the Dream' motif handrawn and consistent throughout.

The Boardies Star Swim Short - how about this for a bobby-dazzler. It's even presented in a matching star print drawstring bag. Rock up to the pool party in your shorts and a cool 4-pack plus burgers for the host (never turn up to a pool party empty handed) in the matching bag and your attention to detail will not go unnoticed.

The Boardies Cracked Swim Short - and finally, the Hail Mary of swim shorts. In this Cracked Swim Short you'll not only be announcing your arrival, but confirming how secure you are with your sexuality. This short also comes with a matching pouch and both are adorned with intricate Boardies logo detailing.
