Nordgreen: Affordable, Timeless Design Made to Stay

Clean, timeless and sustainable - that's the Danish design you can expect from Nordgreen watches. The Scandinavian watch brand stands for high quality, being made to stand out. The collections were designed by the renowned designer of Bang & Olufsen and HAY, Jakob Wagner. His minimalist design won the 2020 Red Dot Award and you can see it with every Nordgreen timepiece. There are four collections, each very memorable.

"Our watches don’t just tell the time: they remind you to treasure it."

Make a statement and embrace Scandinavian critical thinking with the Nordgreen Philosopher. From the hands to the elevated watchcase, there is power throughout the design of this stylish watch. With only the most important elements left behind, Nordgreen Infinity was designed to complete an effortlessly classy look. It's the kind of understated, stylish watch that will never be overlooked. Wherever you are from, if you would like to represent and express all the best of Copenhagen, look no further than the Nordgreen Native. From lifestyle to design elements, the Native has it all. The Nordgreen Pioneer is the brand's take on a Chronograph, celebrating the Danish tradition of Science for Humanity. This 2020 award-winning design represents the positive change for humankind, working towards a greener future.

Sustainability hides in details

Sustainability is not taken lightly at Nordgreen. From production to packaging, it's ensured that all steps are ethical and sustainable. Union-certified factories complying with international labour and human rights laws are a must and so is the packaging made of recycled felt and FSC-certified carton. The factory has a Danish owner to ensure impeccable communication and the best possible working environment. The employees are offered English classes and childcare. More so, if the employees live out of town, they are provided with sleeping arrangements, including their families. Nordgreen strives to uphold these standards through their constant visits.

Giving back with Water for Good, Pratham UK and Cool Earth

What makes Nordgreen even more special is their very hands-on take on giving back initiatives. With every watch bought, you get to choose one of three global NGOs that will receive a part of your purchase. You buy a watch and provide two months of free education for children in India, give two months of clean water to a person in the The Central African Republic or preserve 50m2 of rain forest in Latin America. It's up to you to choose the cause. All you do then is enter the identification code of the watch, found on the Certificate of Authenticity inside of the watch box, and you've done your part. It also doesn't stop there, the brand continuously supports charities and causes throughout the year - Social Bite, One Tree Planted or ThanksGive are just a few of them. To help the reforestation efforts in Australia, Nordgreen has partnered with One Tree Planted and donated 5 trees towards their reforestation efforts for every watch purchased. At the moment, the company paired with Fuel Them LA and for every watch sold, Nordgreen will donate towards a nutritious meal and a cold brew coffee that will feed a frontline medical worker fighting Covid-19 in the Los Angeles area.

"Together with Social Bite and Second Harvest we donated 8,966 meals in total during the Christmas season."

Affordable price - high quality Danish design meets the budget

To create a timeless product and keep the giving back program at its core, all while making it affordable to purchase for masses is how Nordgreen stands out. The price ranges from £150 to £260. The watches are affordable for regular consumers which makes it a must-have accessory for, quite literally, everyone.
