Get Ready for Party Season with White Stuff

Just in time for the peak party season, we’ve teamed up with White Stuff to showcase their rather splendid partywear offering. For those unfamiliar with this brand, it started in 1985 in the French Alps by two chaps. What started out with selling t-shirts and sweats to mountain folk, went on to become a hugely popular retailer of menswear, womenswear, kids clothing and homeware. But let’s focus back to the festive celebrations. You’ve probably already been invited to your Christmas party or friends New Year’s Eve bash by now. The festive frivolities is a wonderful time full of cheer, but we cannot stress enough, how you’ll best make the most of it by firstly dressing the part. We recommend going for effortlessly dashing, so leave the full tux in storage and opt for a laidback outfit that’s a little jazzy with a touch of class. With this in mind, we’ve picked out two flawless men’s partywear outfits available from White Stuff right now:

Look 1: The Christmas Office Party

Don’t you just love the office Christmas party? It’s the time when you see your colleagues in a whole new light (sometimes for the right reason, and more often for the wrong). Be sure to make sure they see you in a new positive light by showing your eye for style.

First up, this navy Melbury Velvet Pin Dot Blazer will bring the wow factor with elegance. It includes a spotty lining to match, featuring flap pockets, a handkerchief pocket, a buttoned internal pocket, buttoned sleeves, notched lapels, single vent and sustainable corozo nut buttons. We then recommend you team this with the navy Eastern Floral Print Shirt. This micro print shirt is cut for a classic fit, has long sleeves and a curved hem with a contrast last button. Moving down to the legs we’re giving the Daventry Herringbone Trousers a nod. In a wool blend, these trousers are as versatile as they are stylish. With five pockets and a zip fly, they feature a polka dot trim for added personality and can be worn as part of a three-piece suit. Shoes are arguably the most important part of an outfit, and we’ve gone for the black Toby Lace Up Shoes which are as comfy as they are versatile. With a rubber heel and sole, these classic shoes have memory foam insoles, so you can dance the night away.

Look 2: The New Year’s Eve Bash

Many of you will be glad to see the back of 2019, but that’s not going to stop you from making the very last night of this year, the best one yet. Welcome 2020 in style and start the year as you mean to go on, with this sophisticated outfit choice.

For this look let’s start with the navy Torside Jacquard Blazer. This single breasted two button blazer is just the ticket for festive-dressing. An investment piece, this style classic is lined, features buttoned cuffs, has a handkerchief pocket, two flap pockets and a single vent at the back. We then recommend teaming this jacket with the green Bittel Spot Shirt made from 100% cotton. The shirt is cut for a classic fit and has neat conversation-starting features such as the contrasting trims and a buttons. Moving down to the legs, the navy Kirkby Cord Trousers are a must. Cord is a great winter material and will keep you warm too. The fabric brings texture and depth, and they’re a smarter choice than jeans. Featuring five pockets, a zip fly and handy belt loops, not forgetting the added contrast stitching for added detail. And no outfit is complete without footwear! To finish up we’ve gone for the Carter Brogue Chelsea Boots in tan. Yes, it’s a classic but it also has a twist. Featuring elasticated gussets, White Stuff have added a cool stripy pull tab at the back to help getting them on and off that much easier, and memory foam insoles for added comfort.
