Win a Swan & Edgar Complexity Automatic Rose Watch

The core values and watchmaking principles of Swan & Edgar are routed within four generations of the famous Fields watchmaking family. Today, third generation watchmaker Antoni Fields and fourth generation watchmaker James Fields live and breathe the family mission – to build unique and exquisite hand assembled timepieces made to celebrate and enhance life’s most precious moments. Each watch’s story captures an exclusive moment in the iconic Swan & Edgar store’s 150-year history. The brand’s timepieces merge this British heritage with cutting edge designs, premium materials and state-of-the-art engineering. A Swan & Edgar watch’s journey begins with a minimum of six months research and design within a family led London based team.

With decades of experience, they scour the earth seeking out the finest raw materials, including luxurious hand waxed leathers, high-grade stainless steels, and friction less jewels which comprise their signature movements. All movement complications consist of over 100 individual highly engineered parts which are then deep grain finished and hand assembled to achieve peak precision and reliability. Once your watch is hand assembled, it is painstakingly scrutinised with a magnified glass and hand finished with the finest polishes and durable coatings. Each timepiece will then endure 5 days of rigorous quality control and testing before it is marked with its unique serial number and industry leading 5-year warranty.

The Hand Assembled Complexity Automatic is a highly sophisticated timepiece and is referred to as the ‘Clean Sweep’, due to the sweeping second hand cutting through the broken roman numeral mid-points. The ‘Clean Sweep’ is gaming inspired and designed for a winning streak. The many complications in the Complexity Automatic comprise of its Day-Night Indicator, Day, and Date & Business Quarter functions. The spatial architecture of the dial provides a balanced and considered display of these complications, which are powered by the watch’s sizable 210-part 20 jewel automatic movement. All of which is staged on a multi-textured ivory white dial adding to its sophistication. This timepiece is housed in a stainless-steel skeleton caseback domed case, which supports its easy to grip serrated edge crown. This timepiece comes furnished with a comfortable hand waxed tobacco brown leather strap and a Swan & Edgar etched logo buckle resulting in a highly detailed and luxurious collectable.
